Describe the work The Gordon´s website is the place to discover everything from how to mix the perfect G & T to how early Australian settlers paid for their Gordon´s. As the new digital home of Gordon´s gin we wanted to create a beautifully rich, engaging and interactive online experience; as well as one which would deliver every drop of information visitors might want to know. Visitors can seamlessly explore the Gordon´s world, learning, interacting and unearthing a few hidden extras along the way, ensuring this is the definitive site for the definitive gin. To support the launch of the site we created a campaign of online ads. An extension of the Gordon Ramsay campaign, ´Rant´ features the famously passionate chef physically animated and desperate to extol the virtues of his favourite gin. When the user interacts with the ad Ramsay lets us in on the secret to the gin´s success. Meanwhile, in ´Bottle´ words reflecting the qualities of perfection are seemingly pulled from the page of The Times online and sucked into an anonymous green bottle. When Ramsay spins the bottle around we reveals it is of course Gordon´s gin. Taking the campaign into further digital media we took Gordon Ramsay to the train stations of the country in an iconic transvision and cross-track projection campaign. In the 30s spot we see Ramsay awash with ice, tonic and lime: the ingredients to make the definitive G&T. Reinforcing the message that Gordon´s really is the G in G&T. |
